If you take Launch TV out of FDMF as its own ticker wouldn't that devalue FDMF where your shares are. It will give you 100 for every 10M so 100 shares of the new ticker launch TV its almost like a reverse split on part of the value of FDMF depending on the new price for your 100 shares???

Can some one help me this?
