Good afternoon folks, I just received confirmation from Berge that the chill we experienced here has been revisited by DTC. Per Berge's attorney there is no restriction placed by DTC on trading, it is on the ISSUANCE of shares, which means conversion shares are delayed to the converters. Last time TDA and Vanguard restricted purchase of BRGO shares to their customers. Anyone else was unaffected.
