The grinding plants in Louisiana and Texas are all running below capacity and they have supply chain making contracts with India, Mexico, China and Morocco for deliver of 4.1 and 4.2 barite every month. It is hard to enter a market when the competition is below capacity. It is just barite and most of the big oil field service companies use it as a loss leader any way.
