Good questions. Unfortunately nobody here has the answer.

Some (me, for instance)will say it is the absolutely awful and incestuous BOD (Patriot Scientific) that is the reason.

Others will have some theories of mysterious buyers that have been accumulating for years and have somehow managed to not have to report 5% ownership. This is a stretch.

Still others will blame some unidentified nefarious forces that have decided to keep the stock price down for some reason. Not really sure what that reason is, but it doesn't really matter.

Credibility would seem to be an issue. Steven King first mentioned partnerships in the fall of 2003, and partnership discussions have been mentioned constantly since then. We have Stason and DIOS to show for it. Hard to get behind that.

PPS down over 75% in the past ten years with no change at all in management. Plenty of raises and options have been given out in that time. Hard to find that in many other publicly traded companies.

Phase II results disaster, whoever's fault it is.
