...WE - WE are navigating the IRS 382 limits, the BK/SEC rules on the NOL, the FDIC regs./DODD FRANK on bank mergers and a host of other legal restrictions.........the NOL proceeds - - in whatever form - - must flow thru all claimants.........ALL............even with a backdoor BK..............a classic legal morass....................

...ultimately.........................the holding company, as a claimant..............................is satisfied........very cool logic matrices.............................might only be the $80MM we started with.........................original HARVEY = final HARVEY..............................wild card is the FDIC settles with claimants 1-7...............then the holding company gets the full amount of the NOL sale...................doubtful..........
