Nah, they only used 20k from the ATM between March and July 14. They're using preferred to finance the company. Whatever this drop is, is not the ATM IMO. The real question should be, who is buying the preferred when the common is at 1.48 and why? Because whatever the answer to that one is, has not been publicly disclosed and that's messed up IMO.
