Are you asking why a stock moves up or down? I'm sure you can get a million theories. But a slow creep up or down doesn't have to mean anything really. Especially in a highly manipulatable security. Nothing has changed much intrinsically with this stock. It's gonna be staying in the 30s-40s until we have new info.
