Lets just say they dilute the 4's and 3's Its still is gonna bounce hard. Very rarely a chart dies out like in this manner!!! That is the bottom line. We have gone a long time with very little news, just enought to convay that they are still doing business, but not the substance we need to run, so PMBS is drifting aimlessly. Stocks with nothing but a shell and this float are trading higher. EVDR for one.... and there are many more. This is so bottom of the chart, call it 4,5,6,7 it all bottom of the chart and due to a lack of direction.

All post are my opinion, remember it your money, and everyone here has an agenda for each stock....either to make it rise or make it fall.
