stervc, the reason Calkin is taking shares instead of a salary, is for the same reason 99.99% of all CEO's of pink sheet companies do: they don't have the money to pay him! There is no "huge salary" to take! It' been like this since the beginning. This is not a secret. He's not doing this because he wants to. He's doing this because he has no choice.
