as always thx to joe for the documentation

when ATDF went a no show last week on TEVE
there were only 2 manipulators showing
with 100 shares per >> and ATDF wasn't one of them

again the hand off on ask (timing) from nite @ 14.00 *subsequently* to ATDF @ 27.00

is worth noting
