THX Stockbuilder - In my limited experience with scaling up in biotech, and in my more extensive exprience with applied biotech research - the biggest variable is always time and timing.

Until a process becomes routine, even an existing QCed process that is just having scale or scope increased, deadlines are by their nature fuzzy.

Now - I will not argue against those who claim that milestones have been repeatedly missed, and those who argue that NNVC has a history of not making their own deadlines - because they have. I chalk that up more to their being overly optimistic rather than to their being deliberately criminal or intentionally misleading.

One other thing to note - and this also can (of course) be spun as a negative - NNVC has definately moved away from stating specific dates for milestones to be achieved. I chalk this up to NNVC's leadership finally losing some of their optimism after having been burned by some of their previous deadlines.

I like what I am seeing of late - and from all of the information I have gathered - the company is moving forward in a progressive, stepwise, and regimented fashion.

Others - of course - are entitled to their own opinions - if not to their own facts.
