I looked a little over the weekend at what Novartis did regarding Alcon and saw they offered at one point to buy it at 38 Billion....Alcon had about 10B in revenues at the time I believe....So Novartis then chipped away and bought about 75% of Alcon....I'm not good at reading all those report things so please check to make sure this is correct. My point is that Novartis likes the idea of making money and they bought a contact lens maker and established a relationship with Google regarding the smart lens stuff...then recently the head of Novartis (Jiminez?) seemed to state that there is a commitment to get this technology out there...also folks at U of Washington have a relationship with Google and the development of this technology (Brian Otis, Vik Bajaj, Andrew Conrad....) so Google and Novartis take this seriously which is good news for EPGL if EPGL has what they need. So if Novartis bought Alcon then whip knows, maybe EPGL is in their sights? I didn't realize that Microsoft had something to do with smart lenses in the past also. Lot of big names but just where will EPGL fit if anywhere?

Does Cooper have an interest in smart contacts?
