Actually NOBODY at PPHM at that time used explicit wording meaning 'sabotage'. We were still in the "clear evidence of dose switching" and Carlton had just made his statement about going to the bottom of all this 30 min before during the CC. And some of you may remember that there were those guys following BoD members (as if they had some kind of legal chaperone's).

So I am sure NOBODY at PPHM (incl. consultants) wouldn't even have dared to use the word sabotage. We are talking 2012 and we were a far way from the explicit and written accusations that PPHM made against CSM and the 'she' as they did in the court filing and in the testimonies of Shan and Masten.
