It does not matter how many shares traded at .0002. The fact is in the CD terms it is the lowest traded price - 20% of that price. That is the conversion price. Also, the shares are not being dumped into the market when they are converted. They are suppose to be restricted. What is happening is the CD holder is NSS the stock to get rid of all momentum upward and in fact takes it down based on more selling than buying. All CD conversion shares are going to be held but the CD holder covers his shorts with the conversion and ends up with 20% for!!!
