longview was not an investor in opxs delaware - he and alpha owned opxs delaware - they were the directors with the power to issue their 300,00,000 shares of common stock - longview @ 90% had controlling interest....longview later became an opxs delaware investor via the 50,000,000 issued and outstanding shares, some of which he issued to himself and later sold to sileas....

adding - go back and read sustut's filings as there were 2 sole owner/directors in a row that used their stock to pay themselves, others etc...
