IMO, what this means is there is information in KMA's Form 10 that exposes legal matters from a third party that is not related to KMAG.

That is not what Reid said. He referenced "intervention" on the part of the mysterious third party:

Currently, our attempts to up list off the grey market has been slowed due to 3rd party intervention which at present time, we are trying to find a resolution to this issue.
