J-Rhino..That is excellent (if true). I'm just not completely sold yet on the CD. Enough people are sure talking about it, but the last sentence in the Annual Report makes me stop and think.

Here it is and it was from 12/31/2005.

13. Long-term Debt
The company has no long-term debt or similar contingencies.

Maybe someone with more experience can explain this. Is it possible the CD was settled back when they were FCAH and that in fact it never carried over to BKMP?

If there is no CD, then convers post is again suspect, if there is, why didn't #13 say, "Yepper we have a CD"?
