Any know how the warrant inducements and fair value adjustments work?

My understanding is that the adjustment is based on the value of PEIX stock on the last trading day quarter?


If this is correct June 30 close of 15.29 verses March 31 value of 15.58, so there would be a slight paper adjustment that adds to bottom.

Is the adjustment made on warrants that are exercised during the quarter or warrants that have not been exercised as of the final trading day of that quarter?


Also, any estimates of how many millions of dollars of one-time charges for Madera startup?
