The main problem with the vitacig spinoff cancellation has nothing to do with the financial ramifications.

It has everything to do with the fact that if I am correct and the vitacig spinoff is cancelled, that will mean you have been lied to for the past 6 months.

And if you are happy about being duped and manipulated by a CEO that has yet to prove he even exists, then congratulations -- you deserve to lose your money.
