Some pertinent facts concerning SWCC (Southwest Casino Corp).

The old Gold Rush Casino in Cripple Creek Colorado is now occupied by the Century Casino.

The Running Aces harness racing track in Minneapolis is owned now by Black Diamond LLC, after assuming ownership at a sheriff's sale, due SWCC defaulting on a $41 million dollar loan to Black Diamond LLC.

The company has been deregistered since June 2010 and OTC Markets, cautions investors that they can not communicate with or locate any corporate office for the company.

The company has been revoked as a Nevada Corporation.

There is no company, revenue, real estate or any other assets in possession by this defunct company.

There has been no known verification of the current share structure by communication with Interwest Transfer, the T/A for the SWCC shares.
