A typical IPO takes 10 to 12 weeks to complete after a S1 has been filed.

All S1's are sec filings and easily tracked.

To date no S1 has been filed under either name. So what does that tell us?
That S1 should of hit by now.

But

If this HAS to be done in 2014 the filing has to hit by 9-30-14. Everyday after the 30th increases the odds of a rm not a IPO. Any day after the 15th of October almost assures a rm.

Open to any thoughts on this.
