Yeah my guess is that Teck Resources being what a $10B company would have the legal man power to decide Trio was a fraud before their legal team approved being mentioned in a PR....

Just a thought. But hey, it's easier to just scream scam and fraud on the Internet than actually thinking through statements and events huh.
