Here is why Vitacig spinoff will be cancelled:

What public company are you aware of that has spinned off its primary future revenue generator (vitacig will bring in far more money than mcig) and at the same time, the CEO has abdicated his shares of the more lucrative spinned off stock, thus sharply reducing his own potential to profit from the companies that he founded?

So what is going to happen?

The quarterly earnings report is going to be released first to cushion the blow and then it will be announced that the vitacig ipo is cancelled as it is no longer in the best interests of mcig shareholders.
Paul will spin things like crazy in order to convince shareholders not to sell mcig -- he will say that Vitacig has surprised them and they never anticipated it would generate so much revenue and the earnings potential for vitacig as a product is far greater than mcig's products and bla bla bla.

The shareholders on this board will drink the koolaid and be happy.
