My question to him was :

Hi , just something I'd like to know up front.
In UPZS's July press release it said : "Unique also expects to announce very soon that they have begun the process of audited financials and S1 registration with the purposes of uplisting to a senior exchange and fully reporting."
Could you please tell me if UPZS plans to or thinks it needs to do a reverse split to achieve the goal of uplisting to a senior exchange

Unique has no plans to do a reverse split. The current share structure will allow us to achieve all corporate goals.

I'm not going to email Jim anymore on this topic, but my concern on this issue is that I read that the share price needs to be at or above $1 or $2 or maybe even $4 to get onto nasdaq.

Does any one know what I'm not knowing that Jim V., UPZS's CEO knows about this ??
