The preferred e shares are available for converting - trust me I have preferred e shares and they are available. I purchased my shares in March 2013, the one year lock us up and the company has confirmed they are available to convert NOW. Those who purchased preferred e shares within the last year and are still in the one year lick are not available to trade

With respect to the outstanding shares refer to this link , go to financials and disclosures, go the March 13, 2013 release on preferred e shares. https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=101220

As you can see additional shares will be issued to support the conversion requirements. It's black and white here.

The reason I have not converted is because the price of the commons are .0001 - the lowest price possible. With series e preferred being anti dilutive there is no reason to convert now. I can wait. However, the company should negotiate now with series e holders as they hold the key to future dilution of common shares. If the company wants to increase shareholder value they must address this very key issue with series e holders. Until they do I can't imagine anyone touching common shares with a 10 foot pole.

My opinion as always.
