I think right now they may be in the investigative stage. I had a link somewhere that showed directors getting about 150,000 share options and about $30K per year. I don't think he is there for that. I think he is scoping out Banro and they are scoping out him and if they both agree then he'll take a bigger role.

After Simon Village I don't see Banro just handing him millions. I would guess any type of contract for him to take an executive role would be more performance based.

This does mean there is a chance that they just don't like each other and he walks. Since the directorship is a year long appointment I imagine I'll be continuing my weekly buys for a while. But if he leaves early and Banro doesn't replace him with someone like that (there are a handful of others) I would probably stop accumulating and re-think what I'm doing.
