Did anyone interpret that 8-K that was released yesterday? I found it confusing and hard to understand as a result I took it as not good and sold my position..at this point I am glad I did. I think if it were taken as a positive the stock would have reacted in a positive manner, which it did not.

In other words was it indicating toxic type financing because I was not getting a good feeling when I read it.

Be very careful this was on a bottom and it should have not broken down as it did.

I would like to hear from someone more experienced in these manners...since for me this was a pure technical play and when it broke down yesterday I felt it was either because no one understood the filing or it was not recieved well at all. The Company should have come out with a plain english PR explaining what the filing was all about.
