PPHMVERYLONG, help me out here. I really can't agree with anything you said in this post. Maybe you can clear up some of these issues I have.

The reason they have been so silent is nothing is pending. You know the people on this board realize that when they keep talking about full enrollment and 2016.

I don't understand how being silent now equates to "nothing is pending". Also, why would people be saying full enrollment will happen in 2016?. The company has said that they're on track to have the Sunrise trial fully enrolled by the end of 2015.

The street wants a partnership or full Phase II results at a minimum. Neither will happen in 2014.

The company, back on 3.7.2014, said "...we look forward to updating you as partnerships are brought to fruition over the coming year." To me that means that there's a good chance to see some partnerships yet this year. Since the company hasn't retracted that statement, what makes you think that partnerships are further delayed and what's your source on that?

...think of Cotara- hundreds of millions spent and they cannot give it away

Can you post your source for that? Looking at the SEC filings, the amount spent on developing Cotara is in the $60 million ball park. If they did spend more than $200 million on that program, then they need to find a different way to monetize that asset.

Bavi has failed in all Phase II trials but one and "the botched" one is not taken seriously.

I agree, Bavi has failed it's phase II trials but what's your point here? Most all drugs don't get AA based on phase II results. That's why most drugs, if they show promise, will continue on and enter into a phase III trial.

If they really were impressed, they would have given it BTD but they did not and will not.

I don't understand your point here? Bavi got FTD for the Sunrise trial. How would BTD help to get a faster approval?
