...the CSSA is long complete....impossible to UNRAVEL now......

...the logistics of CLOSING the transactions are very, very COMPLICATED....................it appears as if FCNCA wants the IRS/SEC/FDIC/OCC legal compliance opinions locked up before the final settlement and stock pooling conversion.................and of course, the UWBI BK judicial oversight shrouds the MESS............

...this fine wine is getting better with age..................

...fairly obvious that a simple quickie "bank" bank-ruptcy with absolutely no assets (NOL of $368MM - - per the FDIC - - hello) and $60MM in established claims would have been zapped months ago.............stamp the POL and shred the TP...............................and yet we have dozens of legal dogs working 24/7 with documents piled higher than Mt. Everest......................................and that NOL was worth $220MM in funkie frankie stock...............maybe we "like" VENABLE LLP..........?????........$7.14 p/s "like".......
