They can buy back 400 to 500mil shares @ let's say .008 or .01. . . that's $3.2 to $5 mil. A decent amount, but "do-able" when this Company starts gaining traction. THEN a reverse split of let's say 4/1; add the retirement of 1bil+ of shares and you have around 625mil O/S!

Very plausible and not wasteful. I'm talking 1 to 2years out, not next week or next month.
