1. KMAG is not "uplisting". It's trying to get back to the OTC. If it ever gets round to filing a Form 10, or even an S-1, it will trade on the OTCBB. What's generally meant by "uplisting" is listing on an exchange.
2. There is no "package". Even companies that file an initial registration statement to be traded as an OTCBB do that first, and then have a sponsoring MM file a Form 211.
But I'm pleased to see you understand KMAG hasn't filed a Form 10. Or anything else. What puzzles me is why Reid won't tell you why.
