We are neither a bank nor a financial institution. Our business is simply facilitating the process of moving money from one bank account to another through the creation of an electronic check (E-check) for deposit from the bank of the customer to the bank of the creditor. This process is straightforward in principle BUT complicated in execution.

The first job is the trickiest – creating a digital e-check that has all the properties of a paper check but is not a scanned image. Having completed the first task with our US Patent 7,389,913, “Method and Apparatus for Online Check Processing”, our job now is to aggressively market our utopian software.
