IMO, I think a R/S will happen, but waaay down the line. First fins will be out, IR out of the picture, debt reduction, more contracts/deals, and being ON TIME with filings.
Then I think a share buyback and followed by an outright "retirement" of shares.

Then there will be talk of a R/S, of 3, 4, or 5/1 ... none of this 10,000/1 nonsense.

1year to 18mos out, IMO --- just in time for uplisting.
