The company has "dark Status " and does not file nor does it release any company info. Got funded over 2 years ago in a silent merger with a holding company which owns stock in Air Wisconsin. Seems they bought into the company for the tax NOL's and also for the possibility of the CIPI deal working out. The scientists involved are top notch and have a great resume. New board members, who also are the the guys who did the merger deal, have a great history with mergers and are very savvy players. IMHO, worth a wager at these prices.
