Assuming the company is in negotiations? Wow! That sure has changed from what I saw on here yesterday.

But I thought the Publix finalized deal was out in the open? Kiddie water en route to Publix, right? Looking for shelf space, right? Sounds like a done deal to me so why would the company not be allowed to PR that news? Was that not correct info that I saw on here yesterday? NYBD

Assuming the company is in negotiations, how do you expect them to PR a done deal?
