Cant figue out the logic of buying at the ask...
Even when ppl bought at the ask, the pps went down. This has been in a downtrend for 5-6 days. ppl will buy only at the bid, especially when the mm, have this wacko spread at times. Monday the pps will go down big time, if there is no confirmed news of merger, divs etc etc. Looks like the merger news is already priced in now, so for this to move up big, the news has to be double of what Dennis had planned.
In my view Dennis screwed up big time last week with the promise of a deal by weekend. Dennis made Petar write the last PR , because he lost his face and a bit of credibility.

The NEWS HAS TO BE MORE THAN WHAT he originally planned, and it has to come definetly by Monday 11AM or else this will go down to ma50 -100%. One look at the chart and it is evident.
