Actually, since NNVC only dealt with them in order to take the shell I don't see them as flocking together. Taking an existing shell is simply a less expensive way to go public. That association from years ago to go public really has no bearing on the company today.

The only issue of true merit is when will tox be done.

Daysonthebeach: What is not true about those statements? NNVC was created through the conversion of edotcom shell to NNVC. This is a fact.

Marshall and Weidenbaum were the owners of edotcom and did the deal with NNVC. This is a fact.

These gentlemen, or at least one of them, has been convicted for fraudulent stock manipulation. This is a fact.
