In the past, over two years ago, when funding was to be made available RAY refused to open the books and provide information as to where the funds would be going.ex Just how much would go directly to the tech and how much would go towards other expenses :) If we can be certain that Brad is the man in charge i can see monies coming in.My greatest fear is with Ray still in the picture and his past actions well know, this may not be the case. Time will tell.
