ROX will probably remain under the radar as long as it's under a buck, but it's been noticed by some, as volume is over 3 x avg 5-day before lunch. short interest is very low, so this looks like heavy accumulation to me, whether its technical or fundamental or both, I have no idea, but hoping for some good news to follow the heavy volume
