That's what I believe. If people refuse to sell sever and decide to ride it into the ground then yes. Penny stocks are all or nothing bets. You don't in eat for 20 years and find yourself up or down 30%. Unfortunately penny stocks utilize this "now or never" approach that attracts a certain type if investor. It's not rocket science, it's been done the same way for decades and will remain that way until investors actually change the behavior of buying junk based on clever words in PR's and on message boards.
