You'd need to prove who was doing it. Until then its speculation as to what's legal, illegal, etc.

the problem is worse than that. don't forget the abusive short-selling. the NSS from the berlin exchange, beginning a few days after the february 2013 pump and dump. this was very, very illegal.



First gather the facts. Knowing there's a ticker in Berlin is only one portion of the problem.
