The 5/6 offering, IMO, was pretty crappy. PPS wasn't doing great at that time but it was holding its own. Given the PPS history, the company had to know it would drop to around the offering price and languish there until real news like a patient treated successfully.

I'm not an MBA or a CEO or a CFO or anything like that so what do I know? LOL
