"Big Boy Oil Companies" run the show. One or two on site in the area (Exxon, Chevron) right now. They make sure the small fries get the drag until THEY determine if their potential is worth THEIR $$ to buy them out....small fries do the grunt work - funding partners, permission permits, tests, surveys, setting up drilling sites....but before the drill enters the ground, IF worth is there, THEY buy out the small fries.... This scenario is strictly my opinion.

Just would like to ask...has anyone determined if even the BIG BOYS have struck oil in that region? I have heard nothing. Any production facilities in full swing?????
