Here's my wild theory- Walgreens wants to carry the Alternaturals line exclusively but they have a problem with the MJ side of this business. So ANAS signs agreement with WAG and uses the money to purchase Kush Creams and that becomes a new company. In the end we get stock in two companies. Plausible?
