The company can release official news about deals any time it wants on Facebook as per SEC ruling last year. See link below. Marketwired and paid pr services will become a thing of the past as companies realize they do not have to pay to get news out. NYBD mgmt. is on the cutting edge of the changing way that news is brought to investors. Not sure why some folks are obsessed that things be reported on Marketwired or other.

Facebook is fine and legal and now considered "official" as per SEC ruling #2013-51. NYBD can post a "detailed news release"
on Facebook any time they want. IMHO.
