To anyone that owned MINE stock in June... If you bothered to read the 14c that was filed in June and the definitive earlier this month, then you would know exactly why your broker emailed you a copy of it. You should read these filings when they come out. That way you're not running around scared, worried, or talking crazy as to why you got something you should have already known you'd be getting... DD people... DD would save you a lot of worry...
