Wow. That sounds like there is a real company here. In that case where are the two year overdue SEC filings? Ole SMKY was a SEC compliant filer until 2012 when reality hit and Asher buried them we remember. I guess it Is easier to revive a story than a filing. And I do not even remember a Form 15-12 (g) being filed, a voluntary request to be excused from telling the truth.
