This is probably not going to change anybody's opinion but in this industry secrecy appears to be the nature of the beast. When Intuitive rolled out the Xi, one of the regional managers in Intuitive (a total of about 6-8 in the company) told me that he knew nothing about the Xi until it was unveiled at a meeting. This is also when everyone knew about it and I and other surgeons received the email announcement. I don't like either it but that's just the way it is. Investor or not investor, no one is going to know anything until they are ready to tell.
