I think a lot depends on the licensing. But even if then get the license, can a public traded company with shareholders in possibly all 50 states and other countries, profit on the cultivation and sale of schedule 1 drug? Yes it may be legal to do so on a state level, but on a federal level? I am not a lawyer nor am I in law enforcement, but I don't believe they can. #interstatecommerce
