The ask price is arbitrary and up to the whim of the MM. They can raise it or lower it usually based on demand. But demand is driven by the VOLUME...which is low.

Whether they can get the ask is up to any buyers.. if they put in a market buy, they will usually get to pay the quoted price.

with such a small volume, no trends can be expected to be established.

CDEX has not published any news that would excite buying anyway.
